HDPE thatch does not have competent fire retardant performance, using PVC to mix together would enhance the fire retardant performance for HDPE thatch.

PVC thatch would become soft under strong UV rays and hot environment. Adding nylon materials would make it more stiff and looks more straight in such environment.

▧ PVC and PP

PVC is too soft to make eave thatch tiles, adding PP materials or nylon materials could make it more straight looking as eave thatch roof.
